With a passion for working with people and bringing out the best in them, I bring a unique perspective to supporting clients which combines NLP life coaching, use of psychometric tools, 25 years of Corporate experience (10 of them at Director level) and life experiences including surviving a very rare form of cancer.
I’ve learnt and grown from the challenges and delights that life has thrown at me, balancing a full-time demanding career with parenting, relationships and social interests.
Working with one of the UK’s largest public sector organisations (Royal Mail Group), the world’s largest food and drinks manufacturer (Nestlé UK Ltd.) and one of the top 3 global petrochemical companies (BP -Trinidad), I have personal experience of and have led teams in:
